Warranties
Exquisite
Brass and Tile warrants that all merchandise is 100%
free of defects. In case of any manufacturing defect
in a product, we will replace the product at no extra
charge. All defective merchandise must be reported
within 7 days of date of receipt.
Returns
All shipments should be inspected
immediately; all claims for damages or shortages must
be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment.
Exquisite
will not be responsible for packages returned to us
due to order refusals or returned orders after 3 delivery
attempts have been made. A 25% restocking fee plus
freight charges will be applied.
If you receive damaged or defective
merchandise, please contact customer service to obtain
a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email at:
service@brassandtile.com
A RAN must be received prior to
the return of any merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned in original packaging
and can be shipped by UPS or through the Post Office.
CODs are not accepted. Shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable.
